Dal-Tile Corporation’s Digital Marketing oversees external facing web sites, internal websites, mobile sites, iPad and iPhone apps as well as programs such as QR Codes, Social Media, Email campaigns and Online Advertising campaigns. The Senior Program Manager will work with the Digital Marketing Manager to plan, scope and manage and direct digital marketing initiatives that drive awareness and grow revenue for the organization. Responsibilities:
Specific Responsibilities ? Manage multiple projects and resolve shifting priorities throughout project lifecycle. ? Partnership with internal business to collect information, feedback and business requirements. ? External vendor management as the primary resources on project initiatives. ? Financial management of projects - forecast development, project budgets, and reporting of project financials to management. ? Measurement and Analysis of digital marketing metrics that drive directional change in programs. ? Communication of project status, challenges and opportunities in a timely manner. ? Process development and evolution to improve efficiencies and timely completion of projects. ? Team direction and leadership across project initiatives and programs, as needed. Qualifications:
Experience and Qualifications ? Bachelor degree with Five (5) to Eight (8) years of experience in the management, development or operation of digital media initiatives. ? Three (3) to Five (5) years of experience in a project management role. ? Strong technical and strategic knowledge and experience with enterprise web applications and content management systems. ? Advanced experience and understanding or interactive project management methodologies. ? Knowledge of social media marketing tactics and techniques to drive awareness through social. ? Command of SEO/SEM tactics used to drive traffic and raise website position in search engines. ? Experience working in an interactive agency environment or corporate digital marketing team. ? Ability to communicate to executive-level management via verbal and written communications. ? Proven ability to lead teams and motivate employees to achieve goals and objectives. Soft Skills ? Solutions-oriented mindset in the remedy of project issues and requests. ? Attention to detail in project planning as it pertains to dependencies, conflicts, and issues. ? The ideal candidate will possess a high potential and capability to move into other roles within the organization as needed. Computer Skills ? Complete understanding and operation of the Windows operating environment ? Expert in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project). ?
