Position is responsible for providing the technical leadership required to develop seasonal product for all genders. Leadership expectations include developing product on time while meeting fit and quality standards consistent with the brand
Areas of Responsibilties Include: -Meet design intent through the creation of technical information: specs, block patterns and construction details -Manage and track seasonal workload of tech packs and fit approvals against required calendar dates -Coordinate and lead weekly product fittings with peer workgroups -Provide accurate fit comments to vendor partners through the use of patterns, specs and written comments -Maintain product standards through review of product fit, construction and workmanship -Create and maintain block library and grade rules
Required Experience/Skills: -Must have 6- 8 years of production pattern knowledge w/ability to ID fit issues quickly and accurately translate into revised pattern blocks and specs through written comments to global vendor partners. -Good communicator w/strong verbal and written ability. -Flexible and driven to move product forward through team collaboration and communication. -MS Office, Excel and Illustrator a must.
