Job Description This position supports Quiksilver Inc.’s Internet business-to-business (“B2B”) initiatives. The goal of this position is to grow revenues and profit by facilitating the company’s business relationships on the Internet. This position will focus on developing Internet tools and new business models to support our wholesale dealers for product purchasing and account management. The position will support all operations associated with B2B Internet sales. This position will support the project management and technology development of both internal and external systems. It will be responsible for managing customer service and fulfillment to achieve determined service levels. The position will be responsible for coordinating marketing, merchandising and promotional programs to increase sales. This position will also be responsible for monitoring dealer’s online distribution (dealer.com websites) and dealer adherence to Quiksilver’s online dealer agreements. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Responsible for setting up and supporting B2B accounts • Responsible for monitoring order fulfillment on order placed on B2B • Responsible for organizing and updating the project plan on B2B technical feature development, objectives, and initiatives. • Responsible for coordinating/auditing Digital Assets on B2B • Responsible for supporting P2P business needs • Responsible for organizing and updating the project plan on B2B marketing and merchandising campaigns and features as well as pricing and promotional activities. • Responsible for monitoring dealer.com websites and adherence to Quiksilver online dealer agreements. • Partners with the IT staff (or outsourced technology partner) on B2B feature development. • Responsible for coordinating and executing all B2B marketing initiatives including but not limited to: email, promotions, merchandising • Responsible for monitoring B2B website analytics to help improve user experience online and improve conversion rates. • Must remain current with the best practices in the B2B marketplace and adjust execution accordingly. • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Job Requirements • Customer service and/or account management skills • Understanding of the Internet customer shopping experience • Strong organizational and prioritization skills • Online marketing and merchandising experience: email, analytics, merchandising. • Strong Excel skills • Familiar with Internet marketing best practices • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks • Requires a bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of experience in the field.
