Job Responsibilities The main objective of this chargeback coordinator position is to process and resolve customer chargeback’s. This position will be responsible to find ways to reduce and eliminate chargeback’s in our Quiksilver and Roxy businesses. The goal is to resolve customer chargeback’s and find ways to prevent these chargeback’s from happening in the future to save our company money. It will be crucial for the person in this position to have strong analytical and research skills as well as outstanding interpersonal communication skills. They will be responsible for researching and resolving chargeback’s, implementing ways to prevent chargeback’s, and creating and maintaining a detailed reporting system to summarize our outstanding chargeback’s. They will need to work closely with Sales, Customer Service and Accounting to resolve and reconcile all chargeback’s.
Job Requirements · 1-3 years experience in related field · Bachelor’s degree preferred · Must have excellent communication skills · Accounting software experience, Excel, Axapta preferred · Retail experience required: preferably in department store or large specialty chain in apparel and footwear · Surf, skate, snow industry experience · Must have Customer Service, Sales experience or Accounting background · Problem Solver, Analytical · Self Directed and works well independentlyMust have excellent organization skills Full-time/Part-time Full-Time Employment Status Regular Shift 1st Company QS Wholesale, Inc.
