Job Description This position will understand how peer workgroups relate their data and process to product development, impacts, relationships, and opportunities. You will independently set up new users and roles, new vendors, build training plans, and schedule training dates. You will train users as needed to ensure they accomplish their role in PLM. You will interact and help resolve regional training questions, test developments using scenarios, define additional user requirements/configurations, and define user role requirements. You will review local and global system utilization/data standardization daily. You will follow up with users to ensure complete understanding and follow-through and develop satisfactory workarounds while coding is in process. You will communicate with the configuration team regarding bugs and user requirements.
Job Requirements
· Apparel process experience · Excel, Word, Illustrator, General computer knowledge · Strong written and verbal communication skills · Proficient skill with MS Windows-based programs. Proficient with MS Office products, especially Word, Excel, and Visio; experience creating document templates and defining paragraph styles; working knowledge of PowerPoint, Project, Access, and distributing documents using Adobe Acrobat. · Design, develop and test applications to automate and streamline business processes. · Administration and support of Dassault ENOVIA Matrixone. · Technical writing experience and/or good experience in the development of multiple formats of documentation and procedures. · Strong interpersonal skills. Able to comfortably interface with all levels of corporate hierarchy and all levels of technical and non-technical people. Able to convey difficult or complex material in an easy-to-understand style and manner. · Good organizational, interview and research skills in order to define procedural and process flow.
