DC Shoes the leader in high quality action sports footwear and apparel is looking for an experienced Production Planning Coordinator to join our Footwear Production Team

Job Summary:

This positions primary responsibility is to help manage the Demand-Supply chain process by analyzing and manipulating data and sources, as well as analyze past seasonal data and apply cost savings method to current and future seasons

Duties and Responsibilities

Manage production allocation according to the supply resource and the forecast

*
Create seasonal and regional forecast when needed

*
Work with financial analyst and SVP and VP of production to manage the cash flow at each vendor

*
With an weekly forecast, provide the payment plan for each region and vendor

*
Maintain seasonal/Quarterly Revenue chart

*
Analyze product and production data to help optimize margin especially IGM

*
Carry over line finalization with Sales and PLM team

*
Provide Line Planning Tool each season to help Sales and PLM team during 3-D review

*
Provide Quantitative Analysis to help manage volume and cash flow to vendors

Requirements:

*
Understanding of production scheme and supply chain flow helpful

*
ERP Knowledge is helpful

*
Bachelors Degree- Finance, Accounting Preferred

*
Computer experience--Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook

*
Detail oriented, organized and able to multitask.
