Kenexa Requisition ID 3236BR Job Posting Title Traffic Coordinator Job Description Job Description The Traffic/Production Coordinator will provide support for the Central Marketing Group as well as assist the Production Manager on all incoming projects. Under the direction of the Director of Production Operations and the Production Manager, the Traffic/Production Coordinator manages the movement of jobs throughout the department. The candidate should be well organized and detail- oriented. The Traffic/Production coordinator will handle projects from conception to completion. The position entails great communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills interfacing with various departments and vendors. Traffic all jobs within the departments, process all Creative Requests. Efficiently coordinate the flow of projects within the department. This person will act as a liaison between the Central Marketing Group and the brands, as well as interface with vendors. Work with vendors on deliveries, scheduling, etc. Transfers all Creative Requests to the Job Status report. Maintains the job status report with weekly updates. Assist keeping projects on track and budget.
