Job Description This is a full time apparel designer position for Quiksilver boys, kids, and infant. You will work on woven & knit tops, bottoms, fleece, and jackets. Product: You will be responsible for analyzing youth fashion trends and develop creative, innovative, market leading designs, within defined style concepts. You will be responsible for all design details including creating new body silhouettes and fits, fabric prints, styling details, and developing graphic artwork. You will produce seasonal presentations of proposed designs and follow-up with all design details. You will work with the design director to ensure consistency of look between differing businesses. Process: This position ensures process improvement through self and peers, and balances speed, innovation, cost and quality in all tasks/work to be accomplished. People: You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive toward positive results. You will create a win/win scenario. You must be passionate about driving the growth and building brand equity. You will present and initiate solutions to problems.
Job Requirements :
* Must have Mac design experience
* Must have background in apparel design, 3-5 years preferred
* Strong graphic art background preferred
