Job Description JOB ROLES / DUTIES: This position will lead all of the product marketing efforts to define our L1 tier offering, including functionality, licensing and cost structure.
· This job will have leadership and visibility opportunities throughout the company, the role will have very large impact on the companyâ??s overall success · Act as the â??team leadâ? for the L1 group, which includes two Product Managers in a remote world area. These two individuals are focused on one specific country, but there is a need to learn from our experienced there and translate that success to the global market for L1 opportunities. · Work with Technology, Technical Support organizations and other departments as required to help lead the implementation effort for L1 market specific functionality. · Work with the other product managers to define the appropriate messaging for two product tiers that maximizes revenues and market share, and helps avoid price erosion wherever possible. · Work with Marketing Communications group to help execute both the tiered offering message, as well as the L1 specific tier messaging. This should use the advertising, web campaigns, regionalization, collateral and other tools that are best suited for the L1 program. · Create the appropriate metrics to measure how we will track progress for our L1 offerings. · Keep the entire management team aware of the program status, raise issues as necessary to make sure the organization meets the goals for the Global L1 program · Travel â?? expected 20 â?? 30% · Winning, fun work environment
To apply to this job opening pleaseClick Here Job Requirements REQUIREMENTS: · 7+ years of related experience including product marketing for high tech products, with managing complex situations such as product life cycle, product support and target costing. · 2+ years managing or leading others in a supervisory role or functional management role · Experience working with people from multiple geographies and cultures (e.g. Americas, Europe, Asia) · Demonstrated ability to manage others remotely · Demonstrated abilities in consultative selling, financial analysis and business justification techniques · Demonstrated presentation skills (must be able to effectively communicate a vision) · BS Eng or Comp Sci + 8 years; OR MS Eng or Comp Sci + 7 years OR BS Eng or Comp Sci + 15 years
