767 SM Program Procurement Analyst 2\3
Provide pro-active Supplier Management support to 767 program manufacturing to assure on-time delivery of parts with first pass quality and competitive cost through engagement with Supplier Management core team PAs and MMO SCA's and other key stakeholders in the value stream. Provide effective staff support and visibility to 767 Supplier Management leader and 767 Program leadership team.
Uses existing methods and/or assists in the development of tools and methods to measure key performance indicators. Extracts and analyzes data and/or prepares reports from multiple sources. Prepares reports on data to measure key supplier and internal performance-to-plan for cost, quality, delivery, efficiency and compliance. Performs root cause analysis and recommends corrective action. Interacts with and/or provides advice and guidance to supplier management and procurement personnel, functional organizations (e.g., Finance, Operations and Information Technology), suppliers and programs to support and communicate regarding specific initiatives, projects or procurement activities. Documents and/or develops and participates in the implementation of and/or implements processes and systems in support of company goals using internal and external customer and supplier inputs, audit findings, key performance indicators and sound business practices. Identifies and implements improvements to streamline and automate process flows. Supports the development, management and reporting of compliance to internal and external requirements. Supports the development and implementation of strategies. Identifies and implements improvements to streamline and automate process flows. Determines and reports compliance to internal and external requirements (e.g., laws, regulations, contractual, policies and procedures) through audit and review of procurement transactions and processes. Coordinates, tracks and supports and/or participates in the development of training to ensure compliance with policies, procedures and corrective action.
