Account Manager
Purpose: The SEM Account Manager is responsible for overseeing all facets of client utilisation of Kenshoo Search SEM management platform. The AM is ultimately accountable for our clients' satisfaction and ability to leverage Kenshoo Search to drive ROI for SEM initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have great project management skills, excellent technical credentials, hands on experience implementing SEM campaigns and most importantly, a consultative approach to addressing client needs.
Key Accountabilities: · To conduct basic demonstrations of Kenshoo Search to prospective clients in conjunction with other Kenshoo Staff · To conduct basic and intermediate training for new and existing Kenshoo Search users in person and remotely · To answer incoming Kenshoo support request from Kenshoo Search users via email and telephone · To log, resolve or where necessary escalate issues raised by Kenshoo Search users following the defined processes · To support other Client Services staff in defined activities Requirements
Qualifications: · Hands on SEM campaign implementation and management experience · 2+ years experience in client services or technical project management · Ensure client expectations are exceeded · Organized and methodical, with excellent time management skills · Energized by solving problems and finding opportunities to make a client successful · Ability to understand the a client’s business goals, to anticipate future needs and help determine the ideal solution · Technical support and search planning/execution · Provide training to clients to enable them to effectively use Kenshoo Search · Phenomenal communication skills and organized project management · Ability to thrive in a fast pace environment with tight deadlines · Ability to elicit client feedback to help direct continuous improvements for the Kenshoo Search platform · Communicating regularly with the customer to evaluate satisfaction
