-Disassemble all product to prepare it for refurbishing as per order. -Ensure that all parts and pieces are accounted for and notify Supervisor of any missing or damaged parts. -Stage product properly for next phase of manufacturing. -Upon product return, ensure that all product is assembled correctly and that no parts are missing or damaged. Point out any defects or missing items to Supervisor. -Assist as needed in cutting down, welding and fabricating any parts needed. -Pull product and parts as needed for production and properly store any parts not needed or for stock. -Must gain a complete understanding and knowledge of all parts and pieces of system furniture and how they go together. -Must be able to improvise and alter existing parts when correct parts are not immediately available. -Must ensure that all work is done according to quality standards and not overlook flaws and defects. -Inspect all product when complete before going out for delivery to ensure all is complete and done in a high quality manner. -Handle and maintain all power tools and equipment in a safe manner.
