Job Description Eaton Corporation located in Shawnee, OK has an opening for Assembly Cell Technicians. Minimum Position Requirements Include, but are not Limited to:
* One year of manufacturing assembly or repair experience in similar production environment.
* Vocational School training, which includes comparable experience.
Starting Pay: $13.29 Per Hour Plus .75 Shift Differential.

/Educational Requirements
Duties Include but are not Limited to:
* High school diploma or G.E.D.
* One of the following:
* One year of manufacturing assembly or repair experience in similar production environment.
* Vocational School training, which includes comparable experience.
* Demonstrate basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of assembly terminology.
* Demonstrate basic computer data entry skills.
* Ability to read, understand and effectively apply information contained in all applicable documents such as operating instructions, dimensional sheets and/or blueprints (including geometric dimensioning and tolerancing).
* Prior history of satisfactory operation of mechanized material handling devices such as fork truck and scissor lift and/or willingness and ability to complete and pass training/licensing course within first week in this classification.
* A satisfactory record of recent job performance, safety performance, and attendance.
* Ability to stand, sit and/or walk on a hard surface as well as bend, stoop and use ladder up to 8 hours a day.
* Ability to lift 25 pounds frequently and occasionally 50 pounds or more (essential: lift 10 lbs regularly, not above shoulder height, to the extent that limited jobs with this requirement exist).
* Vision to accurately read all necessary production documents and computer monitor screens.
* Assist in maintaining an atmosphere of continuous improvement and team efforts for accomplishing departmental and plant goals.
* Achieve production standards and other related duties as communicated and assigned by supervisor.
