Provides status updates regarding press set-ups and downtime reasons to the shift ies:· Set-up and process presses. This entails removing the mold from the press, installing the new mold, dialing in the part to meet specifications, producing the first piece for inspection, inspecting the piece and then authorizing production. · Communicates shift status to oncoming shift to insure smooth transition of information. · Operates presses, assemble boxes, and transport product to Winding area while operator(s) take breaks and during downtimes · Cleans filters on all presses · Completes necessary paperwork · Keeps aircell materials mixed and dry · Troubleshoot on presses when presses are not operating correctly ·May be necessary to perform any other duties or work in any other production area as needed based upon business demands at that time. Job Requirements : Qualifications:Competencies:(Leadership, Interpersonal, Communication) · Able to work independently · Strong technical ability · Flexible, able to react to changing work conditions (i.e., any problems that arise throughout the workday, working in different areas, etc.) · Good communication skills needed to interpret work specs and instructions, as well as communicate with others in the BlowMold area, cation/Experience:· High School diploma or GED required · Three + years of related technical experienceSafety:Employee must comply with all safety standards and k Environment:Constant exposure to dirt, dust, and noise on a daily basis.
