Description:
. Provides daily support for Cognos applications
. Provides business analysis skills to develop and/or recommend new processes and procedures
. Manages enhancement requests from users
. Works with users to create specifications for new software development
. Manages small to large software/process implementation projects
. Documents, organizes and maintains a published reference of relevant applications information for all business Intelligence business systems
. Provides quality assurance and testing as needed
. Promotes and participates in the project management methodology
. Responsible for the successful and timely completion of assigned tasks and projects
. Maintains confidentiality regarding member, company, and customer information
Requirements:
. Experience with sales and\or finance processes
. Effective communication skills
. Experience Troubleshooting Problems
. Project Management and/or Business Analysis experience
. Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite of Products
. Minimum Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems Management. Liberal Arts, Business or Engineering; or equivalent combination of education and experience required
. Additional Education that would be helpful: Business Analyst or Project Management training or certifications. Working knowledge of Cognos Business Intelligence and Planning software.
