Job Description Summary: ISR Systems Princeton (formerly Sensors Unlimited Inc) is the leading developer and manufacturer of indium gallium arsenide one and two dimension focal plane arrays and cameras. Our products have diverse applications in telecommunications, process/quality control, fiber optics inspection and military imaging industries. For additional information on our business, please visit our website: . ISR Systems in Princeton is looking for a Business Development Manager to enhance opportunities across the DoD business. This position requires the candidate to grow the DoD business through integration of systems and standard products or contracts to develop new products or technology. This requires the candidate to write and prepare proposals to include the technical portions,schedule and costing. In addition this position involves educating potential customers of SWIR technology, ISR Princeton's technology, as well as the other business unit capabilities within Goodrich. This position will be required to go on field demonstrations to assist in showcasing SWIR technology to various customers. These demonstrations normally occur during off hours and sometimes in austere locations. Basic Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: - B.S. In Engineering, Physics or Chemistry preferred. Master's Degree a plus - 7 to 10 years relevant work experience - Knowledge of infrared technology, focal plane array and systems functionality - The ability to interface and communicate with customers in varied situations and locations - Have familiarity or understanding of the military concepts of operations in relationship to the technology - Possess excellent writing and presentation skills - Must be proficient in MS Office applications to include MS Project - Experience in program management is beneficial - Experience in the optoelectronics industry is preferred - Military experience a plus - Must be able to travel on short notice and >30% of the time - Must be able to lift 30lbs, work during off business hours and sometimes in austere location - Must be able to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance - Must be a US Citizen % Travel Required: 30 - 40%
