Overview:
The Business Process Manager (BPM) serves as a subject matter expert in supporting the development of new merchandising strategies, processes and systems within the merchandising organization, with a primary focus on allocation. This includes responsibility for:
Key Accountabilities:
Driving the development of cohesive merchandising processes
Providing deep subject matter expertise to provide input into the design of the future business process
Gathering & prioritizing functional system requirements
Partnering with MST to configure/build the system
Provide application testing support
Support training efforts, including the development of materials and on-site delivery to the end users
Providing post-implementation support, including supporting the resolution of bugs, actual ""in-field"" use of the process and application, and the development of a release plan
Identify and prioritize system enhancement ideas
