Macy's Logistics and Operations, distribution center. Is seeking talented individuals to become a ""Shuttle Driver"".
Key Accountabilities:
Responsible for the safe use and operation of a full-size OTR tractor trailer
Deliver merchandise / supplies between Warehouses
Load and Off Load merchandise / supplies
Pick up and deliver merchandise / supplies to various departments and warehouses
Manifest all merchandise / supplies between buildings
Flexible to work extended hours, on short notice if needed
Ensure shuttle semi is maintained and well kept at all times
Regular refueling of semi
Any duties and tasks as assigned by management
Skill Summary:
CDL License required (Class A) with medical certification card Minimum of 500,000 active & documented safe OTR tractor trailer or yard hostler operator miles driven within the last 3-5 years Proof of excellent driving record Outstanding communication skills Highly organized Detail oriented Must be willing to be trained on all power equipment operations Outstanding attendance Takes initiative Problem solving skills Dependable Pre-employment drug test Macy's is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to a diverse and inclusive environment.
