% of Travel Required :10-20% Job Type :Full Time Career Level :Experienced (Non-Manager) Education :Bachelor's Degree Category :Marketing Job Description : General Duties: * Identify, prepare and execute plans that will drive organic growth for PRF’s North America Channels * Performs consumer and channel-focused market research to develop overall go-to-market plan to identify new products and services for market opportunities consistent with corporate capabilities and objectives. Analyze the market and industry trends, Analyze competitive strengths and weaknesses, voice-of-the-customer, and customer retention and attrition. * Identifies customer targets and develops customer acquisition plans with development of presentations, POS proposals, and required sales support materials. * Works closely with Marketing Communication Specialists and mentors them for execution of effective and relevant marketing materials. * Conducts voice of the customer (VOC) activities to identify new growth opportunities and drives growth by achieving lead generation targets for sales and business development. * Leads the preparation and presentation for customer-requested line reviews, both new and current customer accounts. * Executes marketing campaigns and manages the introduction of new programs, services, and products to the sales and distribution channels. Tracks results of all programs. * Conducts market pricing analysis and works closely with Product Management to develop channel pricing strategy for assigned segments. * Contributes and maintains dashboard and sales reports from internal sources, in order to identify key issues, trends, and opportunities. * Serves as channel expert for assigned channels and brands to support internal team, field sales, distribution and end consumers as required. * Leads the development of product literature, price lists, marketing training programs and presentations, promotional material and packaging for the Professional channels at Pentair Residential Filtration. * Leads planning of national and regional trade shows in assigned channels. * Maintains high level of communications with sales team, product management team, engineering team and sister division counterparts who also market/sell within same channels and markets. * Travels occasionally 10-20% of the time to trade shows, customer meetings, suppliers and strategic partners, etc. as required.
Job Requirements : Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, marketing or engineering.Additional Requirements: Knowledge of water filtration/treatment and water filtration experience. 3-5 years of marketing and brand or channel management experience. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, must speak and write English. Basic computer skills. Located in Milwaukee, WIJob Responsibilities: The Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for the comprehensive go-to-market and channel strategy, implementation, and management for Pentair Residential Filtration businesses focused on Professional and/or Residential channels in North America. Leads the execution of the overall product strategy, distribution plan, and promotions for their assigned products and markets. Identifies channel growth opportunities and customer targets. Champions new marketing programs and executes comprehensive consumer-focused campaigns to support rapid market adoption and achieve sales targets. Manages within a budget and effectively spends to maximize return on spend within their channel. Develops plans, pricing, product line development and forecasts for assigned product categories. Leads the development of sales and consumer literature, POS and packaging of new and existing products. Other duties as assigned.
