Client Relationship Manager and/or Production Planner
We are a Tier-I supplier for a large Multinational Enterprise that markets consumer goods to the personal care market, and are seeking an inside customer service representative to support our expansion in the Columbus area. This candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day relationship with our large multi-national customers.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the plastics industry, be a self-starter and have strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Prior production scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Act as a direct liaison between customer, sales manager and production manager
Help develop and organize production schedules and material requirements
Verify order details to match for invoicing customer orders
Organize, meet and develop supplier relationships
Schedule shipping delivers
Maintain KPI’s on customer requests
Analyze customer feedback surveys and determine area’s for improvement
Work within Quality Management Systems
