COST Accountant

| COST ACCOUNTANT (Temporary -16 month term) We are currently seeking an experienced individual to fill the role of Cost Accountant in our state-of-the-art food manufacturing facility. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to analysis of costing models, reconciliation of accounts, budget variance investigation, journal entries, participation in audits and preparation of departmental reports. Candidates should be organized and flexible team players who possess the following: - A post-secondary degree or diploma in a related area of study with preference given to candidates who have or are working towards a recognized accounting designation. - Minimum 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment. - Strong computer skills with SAP software experience preferred. - Must have excellent communication skills and be comfortable leading/participating in discussions with all staffing levels and all departments Interested candidates should submit a resume and cover letter no later than July 26th to: Maidstone Bakeries 115 Sinclair Boulevard, Brantford, ON N3S 7X6 Please reference Cost Accountant Only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
