COST ACCOUNTANT
Seeking a Cost Accountant to manage all aspects of the standard cost system, including tracking monthly inventory and COGS, maintaining perpetual physical inventories and cycle counts, generating product-line analysis, and cost and shipment reports, as well as monitoring and reporting on margins and periodic variances, and analyzing capital budgeting requests.
Requirements:
Related work experience in cost accounting and /or finance preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Technical skills in account reconciliation, cost analysis and month-end close responsibilities.
Computer efficiency Word - Excel
Able to work with Bill and Materials
3 years plus of accounting/finance experience, or 5+ years experience in manufacturing environment.
