Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage the cost reporting functions to ensure cost reports are filed timely, accurately and in accordance with regulation / contracts.
• Review, in conjunction with state leaders, all cost reports to ensure we're operating within established guidelines.
• Prepare Cost Reports, Budgets and other related items in conjunction with the Business Manager.
• Prepare analytics driving cost factors and provide recommendations for improvement in conjunction with the Business Manager.

Qualifications
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Accounting or Finance or 3-4 years related experience with AA
• Advanced level Excel skills required
• Oracle and/or Hyperion experience a
• Ability to communicate well both orally and in written form
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Ability to meet strict deadlines
