The focus of this position is to be the primary point of contact/intermediary for customers and distributors. Other responsibilities include:
ablish and maintain highly effective customer service/relations with internal and external customers.
vide order information to external and internal customers.
ate and communicate the Fill Rate and On Time Performance metrics of the plant.
pare production updates.
p plant metrics boards updated.
ify that expired orders are released on a daily basis in the Vista system.
culate the delivery date of the orders, warehouse Fill Rate and Non-Stock.
vide information to Customer Service Department in US related to shipping orders and tracking information.
pare Federal Express shipments to distribution centers and/or final customers.
Job Qualifications /Educational Requirements
* Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related areas.
* Minimum 1-3 years of related experience.
* Bilingual (Spanish/English).
* PC knowledge: Microsoft Office tools, AS400 preferable.
* Manufacturing process and basic statistics knowledge.
* Competencies: Strong interpersonal communication skills; Demonstrate a collaborative style, drives for results, makes decisions / solves problems, promotes & champions change, and pursues personal development.
