Emser Tile and Natural Stone, the nation-wide supplier of high-quality floor covering products servicing world-leading retailers, builders and contractors, seeks an experienced Customer Support professional for our DALLAS, TX Branch location. Customer Support Reporting to the Branch and/or Operations Manager, this position will provide operations and customer service support to our clientele as well as administrative support to our internal Branch Team. Our Customer Support professionals interface with builders, designers, General Contractors and all other customer that visit or call our busy wholesale showrooms. This position may provide back up to the Warehouse as well. At all times, our Customer Support professionals set the example for customer service excellence and operational efficiency. Successful candidates will: Thrive in a busy sales and operations support environment Be flexible, highly organized and enjoy working in a fast paced work place Be able to work independently as well as in team oriented situations Instinctively address all customer questions and concerns promptly with business savvy solution / resolution strategies Effectively complete detailed operations and clerical tasks critical to our business Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills Possess strong/intermediate computer and typing skills Qualifications: Minimum 2 years experience providing operations, sales and customer service support in a sales, retail or distribution environment Tile / Flooring or Home Improvement product experience preferred Ability to maintain a professional work environment at all times Required Experience:
