Job Description
We are currently seeking a Decor Associate to produce high end finished products, ensuring the highest quality product at the lowest possible costs, meeting company performance standards and customer specifications and delivery requirements, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Essential Responsibillities:
Cutting, fabrication and prepping wood products.
Assembly of half walls top cap decor, multi layer decor, art elements
Use of table saw, pin nailers, routers, drills and cut-off saws as needed for projects
Sand and prep surfaces for paint and/or staining
Qualified candidates must have fine cabinetry skills, be self motivated, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently. Able to read blueprints and other required documents.
Required Skills
Education and Experience:
This position requires a high school diploma with a minimum of six months related experience; or a combination of education and experienc.
