POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a District Sales Manager in the Orlando, FL area who will be responsible for the sales and service of all Husqvarna Construction products to distributors.
Ideal Candidate Will Posses:
* A strong commitment to results and be able to meet required sales goals on an on-going basis * A strategic approach to finding new business and deepening accounts * The desire to work in a fast-paced, changing environment * An enthusiastic and outgoing person with the ability to pro-actively establish relationships with new people * A strong desire to continue to learn and grow
Essential Duties Include:
* Achieving monthly sales forecast by completing regular and effective distributor/dealer sales calls * Making contacts to expand the customer base * Working as a business partner with customers to get the product to the end user * Recommending new products, applications, modification to existing products and deletions from particular product lines * Attending and participating in Company Sales meetings, training programs, trade shows and any other event as required and do so in a professional and enthusiastic manner * Conducting sales and equipment demonstration/training meetings for distributors/dealers and prospects on a regular and continuing basis * Keeping all paperwork current and up-to-date

* Bachelors of Science in Business Administration or equivalent selling experience required, preferably in construction equipment * Strong communications skills * Overnight travel up to 50% of the time * Automobile travel 90% of the time
