Territory (if applicable): Supply Chain Business Unit: Supply Chain includes facilities and processes that operate to manufacture a finished product from raw material and deliver to the end-user. This business unit enhances competitive advantage, efficiency, innovation, quality and consistency. Position Purpose: Establish and manage environmental programs for our Feed business that align with corporate programs ensuring Environmental and Safety regulatory compliance and reduce EHS risk. Establish, communicate, implement, and measure EHS programs. Metrics include: Regulatory compliance, total recordable injuries, lost time injuries, workers compensation costs, Feed EHS Scorecard results and resource reduction. Required (Basic) Experience & Education: An advance degree in Environmental Engineering or related field is highly desirable. Successful candidate will have a strong technical background and a history of progressive responsibility managing programs and people. Professional registrations include registered Professional Engineer (PE) and optionally a Certified Safety Professional (CSP). Required Competencies & Other Skills: Characteristics for success include technical competence/process aptitude, project management, judgment, communications, impact and passion.
