Electrical Avionics Tech 3
Installs, tests, troubleshoots and repairs aircraft avionics and electrical system components in accordance with testing, engineering, maintenance and installation directives. Full knowledge of the job. Complete acquaintance with and understanding of the general and detailed aspects of the job, and their practical applications to problems and situations ordinarily encountered.
Limited supervision. No instructions needed on routine work, and general instructions given on new lines of work or special assignments. May assist in orienting, training, assigning and checking the work of lower level employees.
Duties & tasks are varied and moderately complex. Resolves most questions and problems, and refers complex questions to higher levels.
Basic Qualifications: High School and 4 years additional education or AA Degree
