Electrical Maintenance Leader
The Electrical Maintenance Leader is responsible for supervising and managing the skilled trades workforce for production operations. Address throughput, run to run, and downtime related issues with stamping press equipment. Respond to breakdowns, investigate root cause, and implement corrective action plans in order to help minimize future downtime.
Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree or Electrical Journeyman status
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Must have the ability to work any shift and overtime as required
Preferred Qualifications: • Electrical experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Controls engineering background, both hardware and software, mainly in Allen Bradley PLC5 programming
• Experience with stamping press automation (transfer / tandem)
• Supervisory experience in a unionized environment a plus
