Electro-Mechanical Assembler
Electro-Mechanical Assembler
Performs a wide variety of electronic, mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly operations to fabricate assemblies or sub-assemblies.
Align, fit, and assemble component parts, using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, templates, and microscopes.
Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in functions such as performing soldering, wiring, and component installation for final assemblies.
Performs functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing work, rework and testing and troubleshooting related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies and final system assemblies.
Tests and analyzes electromechanical assemblies to specification, using test instruments and software programs to prepare written testing documentation.
Provides solutions in resolving complex problems that may impact established policies and procedures. . Required to assist in developing methods and procedures from drawings.
Requirements:
Electro-Mechanical Assembler
Must have the ability to life up to 50 pounds.
No issues working around chemicals and epoxies.
Experience assembling from blue prints and schematics.
