Global manufacturer of precision instruments is looking for an experienced Electro-Mechanical Assembler/Technician.
Overview:
This position is responsible, as directed, to perform all mechanical and electrical assembly operations for conveyors, pipelines, gravity feed, and Xray cabinets. Must be able to follow established procedures and work independently following a production schedule.
Main Responsibilities:
Electrical assembly of various products
Mechanical assembly of various products
Adherence to quality standards
In addition to our core values all employees must follow the Code of Conduct
Other duties and tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Electro-Mechanical Assembler / Technician
Proficient in all of the following areas:
Mechanically assembly and fit all x-ray systems
Electrically wire and troubleshoot all x-ray systems
Set-up parameters for testing on all x-ray systems
Mechanically assemble and fit all md systems
Electrically wire and troubleshoot all md systems
Set-up parameters for testing on all md systems
Ability to download and troubleshoot various plc, stepper, servo, etc. code.
Ability to perform all levels of detector amendments including cable length changes and frequency changes.
Ability to assemble and wire all system control box sub-assemblies.
Behavioral Traits, Attitudes and Skills Required:
Work well with others in a production environment, good soldering skills.
