The successful leader will

. Own the creation of the ultimate representation of our company and its products on the Web for our partners, customers, end-users and members.
. Lead the development and facilitate the organizational adoption of a prioritized detailed plan around each of HON.com's primary strategic objectives.
. Manage and improve the processes and standardization of daily operations of hon.com.
. Lead, manage and execute the portfolio of current and ongoing projects.

Requirements:
Ready to know more?

This position requires a Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field. Potential candidates must have the creative ability to communicate a vision across broad internal audience and inspire alignment cross-functionally. This will require strong communication, presentation and organizational skills and a creative mindset with advanced technological capabilities. Demonstrated success in broad project management within a Marketing atmosphere is necessary.

Preferred candidates will have an MBA and working knowledge of the office furniture industry.
