Title Enclosed Drives Assembler
Job Description Eaton Corporation located in Watertown, WI has an opening for a 2nd shift Enclosed Drives Assembler. This position includes point-to-point wiring of enclosed drives. This position is responsible for work in any of the assembly areas, pick and packing processes within the Drives business area, as well as possibly flexing outside of the area. This position services both internal and external customers and requires an understanding of the production systems. -Must be a team player, capable of working with and around others. -Use of hand tools, torque drivers, pneumatic tools. -Read and interpret schematics, drawings and bills of material. -Communicate daily with Production Supervisor and Facilitator. -Use and understand computer programs and features -Understanding and control of inventory -Prototyping of assemblies -Operate certified equipment after appropriate training -Provide material handling for work team, on a rotating or as-needed basis -Receive product from suppliers and distribute to appropriate work locations -Pack and prepare product for shipment to external customer -Maintain and support a safe, clean work environment -Facilitate ongoing continuous improvement in support of quality, productivity and growth objectives -May be asked to perform other duties and responsibilities as necessary.

Job Qualifications
/Educational Requirements High school diploma or GED or HSED required. Must have basic math and reading skills. Must possess solid reasoning skills and ability to act on these skills to ensure quality work. Ability to understand schematics and manufacturing drawings a plus. Must be able to schedule time to meet production demands. Must be a self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to function in a team environment.
