Job Description
The Engineering Co-op will work in multi-discipline teams within Baxter's business groups and assist engineers in performing product support activities such as root cause investigations and design change implementations. The Engineering Co-op may also be involved in new product development activities such as prototype fabrication and testing, and be an active member of brainstorming sessions.

The internship will allow the student to gain hands-on experience with different aspects of development and support of new medical device products. In addition, the student will receive mentoring from his/her manager and teammates. The experience and mentoring will complement the student's studies to prepare them for a successful engineering career. Engineering co-op who excel in the Co-op Program will be considered for the Engineering Development Program or other full-time engineering positions.
Job Requirements
•Actively pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Materials, BioMedical, Software, Computer, Computer Science, Chemical or Systems Engineering)
•Strong academic performance - Minimum GPA 3.0
•Proven track record of delivery of commitments
•Demonstrates excellent skills in organization, team dynamics, effective communication and prioritization of tasks
•""Passion"" for Engineering with a desire for a career in technology
