Principle Accountabilities / Duties: * Follow standard operating and quality procedures when performing individual job responsibilities * Provides technical disciplines with a detail-oriented approach * Assists in the assembly of breadboards or prototype models for test development and production test equipment * Assists in the assembly of test fixtures for circuit card assemblies * Supports and trains production test personnel by analyzing and identifying root cause defects of problems identified in the production test process * Openly communicates with peers, supervisors, and managers within the test department to resolve problems * Interface with Test Engineers, as needed, to communicate technical details of perceived test efficiency and effectiveness * Assists in departmental projects, involving administration, planning, analysis, etc., as required * Assists in training of Manufacturing Test department technicians and associated personnel in process, perventative maintenance, troubleshooting methodology, etc. * Performs Preventative Maintenance as scheduled * Instills high quality standards and assists Manufacturing Test department technicians with these standards * Assists in test procedure documentation generation and maintenance * Performs other department projects and tasks as assigned Requirements
Required Qualifications: * Associate's degree or equivalent in required engineering field * Typically requires 4 to 6 years of related experience working in PCB manufacturing environment * Knowledge of manufacturing test systems (Agilent 3070 ICT, Takaya 8400/9400 Flying Probe Debug/Development, Teradyne Z1880, NI Labview/LabWindows) * Possess excellent verbal/written communication, interpersonal and customer-oriented skills
