Equipment Inspector

A major $2 billion expansion of CCRL is underway with completion planned by 2012. The CRS is a unique, multi-billion dollar organization based on the fundamental principles of co-operation. CCRL invites applications for the position of Equipment Inspector. As part of the Equipment Integrity and Engineering Department, you will ensure the mechanical integrity of equipment within the CCRL Complex. Equipment includes fired heaters, vessels, exchangers, tankage, piping systems, pressure safety valves, and rotating equipment. An Engineering Technology Diploma in Mechanical, Materials, or Welding, or an Engineering Degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering would be an asset. Ideally, candidates would possess certification as an API 510 Pressure Vessel Inspector or as a National Board Inspector. A strong background in the various NDE Inspection methods would be preferred with several years experience in a Refinery environment. Knowledge and familiarity with Ultrapipe, , and Microstation would be beneficial.
