Military Customer Support and Services is seeking a motivated individual to provide F100 systems fault isolation and troubleshooting support to customers operating F100-220/229 engines. This customer support engineering (CSE) position is well-suited to an individual seeking to demonstrate and further develop his/her project management abilities while acquiring broad-based whole engine experience. The successful candidate will inherit a diverse set of roles.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Act as primary technical interface between Pratt & Whitney and all customers
- Monitor daily reports from Field Service Representatives (FSR) and collect/analyze field data
- Provide complete timely responses to customer and FSR technical questions and track in appropriate systems
- Develop and revise maintenance procedures and coordinate with customer for proper incorporation and updates
- Present issues and solutions to program management team and internal/external customers in various high level meetings, including the annual F100 Worldwide Users Conference
- Develop, improve, and review existing MAP topics on a continual basis
- Perform Periodic Engineering Excellence Reviews (PEER) at various customer locations
- Travel to assist customers on-site
- Actively participate in the ACE process
20% travel required, including international locations.

Four to seven years experience in the operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of jet engines in the engine shop, test cell or flight line environment. Familiarity with the operational and maintenance capabilities of the military customer desired. F100 engine, F-15 and/or F-16 aircraft-specific experience a plus. Candidate must be a self-motivated, process oriented individual capable of performing in the high-pressure customer support arena. Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills required.
