Responsibilities:
. Ensures the proper sourcing and procurement of high quality materials, supplies and services in a timely manner.
. Negotiate with suppliers/contractors to achieve the best credit terms, discounts and warranty.
. Oversees identification, development, accreditation and maintenance of suppliers and service providers/contractors.
. Monitors inventory and ensure replenishment of all stock items.
. Handles preventive maintenance of all office building, equipment and facilities and ensure reliability and safety.
. Manages preparation of payments for all utility billings.
. Manages inventory and control of all company fixed assets.
. Handles government permits, licenses and other regulatory requirements.
. Develops, recommends, and implements systems, policies, procedures and techniques to be used in purchasing, inventory control and warehousing to ensure the efficient and economical procurement and movement of all materials in and out of plants.
Requirements:
. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Science & Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
. Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
. Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management, Property/Facilities Management or equivalent.
. Strong negotiation skills.
