Description:
Position Summary: The Analyst position will provide support in a variety of areas as we continue to aggressively grow our business. These positions are entry-level developmental positions and will add to the bench strength in the Accounting and Finance disciplines. As a Financial Analyst, the focus will be on the finance functions, with a thorough understanding of Accounting. As an Accounting Analyst, the focus will be on accounting functions, but able to expand this information into management information reporting and analysis.
Requirements:
Essential Functions:
. Analysts may work in Corporate, Operating Company, or Shared Services functions including:
o General and consolidation accounting
o Sales and marketing support
o Credit analysis and collections
o Shared Accounting services such as payroll, accounts payable, or fixed assets
o Business and competitor analysis
o Risk Management
o Planning and budgeting
o Management reporting
o Plant and cost accounting

. New members can expect short-term rotations through several areas within the first several years gaining valuable core knowledge and experience, which will prepare them for broader assignments. Skills and Qualifications:
. College graduate or MBA with a major in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with an Accounting/Finance emphasis
. Minimum 3.0 GPA
. Relevant work experience / internships / related activities (tutor, business fraternity, etc) preferred.
. Strong computer aptitude
o Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel application
o Other financial software experience helpful, but not required
. Strong verbal and written communication ability
. Ability to work in a team environment
. Self-starter; strong personal motivation; willing to take initiative
