Due to client expansion Jefferson Wells is looking to grow our pipeline of talented individuals who are interested in an exciting career in Finance Operations. A Finance Operations professional works under general supervision of the Director while completing assigned projects and maintaining the appropriate level of utilization. Key Skill Sets: * Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) * Experience with Cost Accounting Standards (CAS). * Defense Contracting Audit Agency (DCAA) audit support * Preparation of Incurred Cost Submissions * Experience with contract close outs * Drafting of Disclosure Statements * Designed and implemented government cost-pool allocation systems * Experience with government accounting systems - Oracle, Deltek, ACCPac * Ability to assist with mapping of approved billing labor categories with on boarding activities * Prepare Government Contracting Invoices (CPFF, T/M, FP, and Milestone) * Maintain and update Project set-up information (opening and closing projects, modification, funding, and revenue formulas) * Knowledge of reporting requirements under ARRA Professionals (i.e., Consultants) at Jefferson Wells are the driving force for our success.
