What You'll Do:

At John Deere Power Systems (JDPS) in Waterloo Iowa, a Financial Services Supervisorof the Cost Management Financial Service team will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and internal budget reports. In addition you will have the opportunity to:
* Develop and maintain processes and procedures incorporated in this position.
* Manage the performance and development of employees.
* Prepare and manage JDPS Supply Management (SM) Dept Budgets.
* Prepare Supplier Tooling forecasts.
* Process over/short payment to suppliers.
* Prepare of monthly obligations reports.
* Ensure JDPS SM compliance for integrated financial and procurement audits.
* Prepare Non Recurring Engineering expenses & quarterly forecast updates.
* Represent JDPS for Enterprise Supplier Financial Risk (ESFR) process.
* Prepare Material Variance guidance.

We need an excellent communicator who thrives on solving problems and working in a team environment. Ideally you will have Bachelor's degree in an Accounting/Finance discipline or equivalent experience. In addition we require:
* Finance/accounting experience of 2 years or more.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or equivalent.
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
* Understands the integrated systems of internal control and the relationship to disclosure and financial reporting.
* Willingness to travel to JDPS facilities (up to 10% - Mexico, Argentina, France, and Coffeyville, KS).
* Demonstrated successful project and time management skills.
A strong candidate will also have an advanced degree and previous leadership experience.
