Description
We are currently hiring general labors, which is the entry point in the plant. General laborers work in a production capacity with an opportunity to advance as openings occur. Job duties include running product to customer specifications, setting up orders on machines, conducting quality checks and housekeeping of work areas.
Basic Qualifications:
To be considered for employment, you must meet the following basic qualifications of the general laborer position:
* Eligible to work in theUnited States
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Possess at least 1 year of fast paced manufacturing experienceorat least 3 years of general work experience
* Ability to obtain a mobile equipment license and operate mobile equipment
* Availability to work any of our 3 shifts and overtime, including weekends and holidays as necessary
* Willingness to adhere to all safety and health rules, plant rules, procedures and guidelines, including wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
* Willingness to work in an industrial environment that is hot, humid, cold and noisy
* Willingness to perform repetitive and physically demanding tasks for extended periods
Candidates will have to meet a minimum testing score. All employment offers will be contingent on passing a background check and drug screen.
