Description
Objective:
We are seeking to hire General Laborers, which is the entry point into the mill. The starting wage is$14.50per hour. General Laborers work in a production capacity.
All applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Must have minimum of 3 years manufacturing experience
* Committed to safety and organizational goals
* Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment as required
* Ability to work in a hot, humid, noisy, and high volume machine production area
* Ability to work rotating 12 hour shifts, overtime, and weekends/holidays
* Mechanical aptitude in order to troubleshoot machine problems
* Basic Computer skills
* Proficient communication skills
* High school diploma or GED (must provide proof of education)
