Overview:
Macy's Logistics and Operations a division of Macy's Department Stores, including Macy's and Bloomingdale's is currently seeking a talented individual to become a member of the Maintenance Mechanic Supervisor team.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and direct Maintenance activities in support of Operational needs
Support and direct mechanics technically
Communicate all Maintenance activities from shift to shift.
Develop and coordinate all PM work activities
Trouble shoot technical issues throughout the facility.
Lead and Coordinate all critical Maintenance task .
Lead and obtain necessary outside support through vendor support programs
Maintain and repair conveyor systems, powered equipment and other fulfillment center systems including electrical, electronic controls, pneumatic, hydraulic and HVAC
Participate with maintenance related projects including construction
Follow all standard operating procedures
Adhere to all safety practices, for your safety and the safety of others
Work independently or as part of a team
Lift up to 50 lbs. and work at heights above 30 feet
Operate in extreme temperatures
Follow written and verbal instructions
