We are currently searching for an AP/Payroll Coordinator for our Deer Park location. Business Contribution: To provide a professional and effective AP transactions are accurately recorded and Payroll service ensuring employee are paid accurately within pre-determined time periods Key Responsibilities : * Ensure all payroll information is received and forwarded to payroll provider promptly * Liaise with payroll provider regarding starter, leavers, changes in pay and terms and conditions * Check timesheets and clock cards weekly/monthly and liaise with line managers on inconsistencies * Process timesheets for site technicians on a weekly basis * Liaise with payroll provider regarding any inconsistencies * Provide payroll statistics and reports as requested. * Process and enter Accounts Payable Invoices * Work with office and shop personnel on invoice approval * Respond to vendor collection inquiries and requests * Work with the corporate office Accounts Payable to have invoices paid * Forward new vendor set-up requests and follow up on creation Required Skills
Required Capabilities: * Good basic educational background * 4-6 years experience in an AP role * Good IT skills, including MS office in particular Excel
