Looking for an Industrial/Manufacturing Engineer, can bring in a fresh grad who has a BS degree and some co-op experience or someone who has an AS degree and 3-5+ years experience. Person needs to be hands-on, working on the shop floor making improvements, doing time studies, etc. Must have solid Lean manufacturing experience, be familiar with methods of manufacturing and charting efficiency gains.
