Description:
Basic Responsibilities include but not limited to:
. Remove and inspect finished product off of finish line for color or any defects to product
. Touch-up, clean-up, etc. of minor defects
. Perform scanning operations for tracking and quality information
. Identify issues and communicate appropriately
. Assist in problem solving/corrective actions
. Perform 6S tasks in area
. Perform other work within or outside the department as needed or as assigned by supervisor or plant manager.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
. The ability to work safely
. Ability to lift, push, pull heavy units
. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
. Previous experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment
. The ability to work in a factory environment that may incur temperature fluctuations averaging around 50 degrees in the winter and 100+ degrees in the summer months and where dust fumes and noise are commonplace
. The ability to work scheduled overtime as the production schedule dictates
