As an Instrument and Electrical (I&E) Supervisor in Raw Materials/Chemicals you will be responsible for the overall I&E maintenance systems within the bauxite discharge operations, materials reclaim and handling systems, bulk loading operations, and hydrate drying operations. Basic Qualifications * High School diploma or GED required.
* Minimum of 5 years experience in Electrical Maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
* Minimum of 1 year of supervisory/management experience in a related work environment.
* Exhibit strong leadership skills in safety and human relations.
* Proven ability to influence, persuade, and motivate subordinates including addressing and improving poor performance of individual team members.
* Ability to handle first step grievances in a manner that protects the company interest and the rights of the employee. Preferred Qualifications * Formal training after High School preferred.
* 6-8 years of relevant work experience preferred.
