Integrated Scheduling Specialist 4

Independently leads preparation of program and project level schedules for recurring and non-recurring Boeing Test & Evaluation statement of work and proposals. Leads, directs, the facilitates and ensures integration of project/program plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functional, product groups, suppliers and partners. Leads, directs and facilitates schedule-related risk and opportunity analysis, identification and resolution of critical path and network logic conflicts. Leads, directs and facilitates, using accepted integrated scheduling techniques, to status and measure progress. Coordinates with management to develop a corrective action plan for performance variances. Leads the integration and schedule impact analysis of complex and/or multiple schedule changes. Oversees configuration control of integrated program plans and schedules.

• Critical Path Methodology
Extensive and specialized knowledge of critical path network methodology (e.g., logic, relationship/interdependency, early/late, start/complete, minimum duration).

• Earned Value Management
Extensive and specialized knowledge of the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and its application.

• Scheduling Requirements
Extensive knowledge of customer and supplier requirements to support program deliveries, for example, planned versus unplanned demand, economic order quantity, resource planning, material type, manufacture or purchase, lead times. Limited knowledge of enterprise customer requirements. Supports cross program customer requirement requests.

Basic Qualifications For Consideration

Do you have experience in program/project planning, integrated scheduling, and baseline management principles and processes?

Do you have experience in a lead/leadership role within the discipline of project planning, integrated scheduling, and baseline management?

Do you have experience with Earned Value Management principles and processes?

Do you have experience with proposal development principles and processes?

Do you have experience using integrated scheduling software (e.g. Open Plan Professional, Primavera, or MS Project Server)?

Typical Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
